Make a proper exercise routine:
As your body develops it is better you give it a proper exercise. As you stay active you will feel strong and active at that age. Keep healthy diet:
Diet is one of the essential things that you need to maintain. Try to have those foods that contain maximum amount of proteins, irons, nutrition’s, vitamins, and proper amount of carbs and fats.  Having a proper diet will also give you a better glow and makes you younger.
At this age you need to make sure that you get proper amount of calcium to your bone, so that it will help you in getting proper growth. Also, try to have food that contains proteins, and Vitamin.
Protect Your Skin:
Mostly it is seen that women apply chemical on their skin. But you must know that if you start using it from younger age, then there are chances that you will look older in younger age. Therefore, it is recommended to have natural stuff to apply on your skin. Diet also plays an important role to provide your skin a better glow, therefore make sure that you have all natural material like herbs to apply in your skin.
Be stress free:
Having stress would also effect on your health. Therefore make sure that you keep yourself stress free. To do that you can do meditation or yoga.
Have a proper sleep:
You must have at least 8 hours of sleep daily. If you don’t have proper sleep then there are chances that it can affect on your memory and can turn into hyper tension and because of improper sleep it can then cause to having a bad day. Hence, it is said t have a proper sleep.
