Make a mixture for consumption with one cup of water and one teaspoon of mustard seeds and put them for boiling for around 5 minutes.

Make a hair mask with 2 tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon lemon juice, rosemary extracts and egg yolk of one egg. Apply this mixture on your hair for a regular basis to see the effect.
Message your hair with egg yolk for about an hour and then wash it properly with any mild shampoo will give a desire result within a period of one month.

Hair is mainly a form of keratin, which is a type of protein. Protein helps the hair to grow in length and remain healthy and also prevent it from falling. Egg whites, milk and fish are some of the best source of protein that you can include in your diet to reduce the hair fall.
