Raw Foods Acts As Preventive Method For Breast Cancer


Introduction: 
While considering women’s health related issues, breast cancer is one of the most the diseases that top the list irrespective of various factors. Breast cancer is a dreadful disease that can affect any women irrespective of their age. As per a research out of eight women one will suffer from breast cancer. Hence it becomes very important to detect this disease at an early stage to make the treatment possible. We can also take up some preventative methods that start with the food that a woman consumes on a regular basis and that also included awareness campaigns. 




Eat Raw Fruits and Vegetables as Preventive Methods of Cancer:
As per the extreme research of Queen’s University Belfast by Dr. Sarah Brennan of Northern Ireland that have extended to dozen of research on various studies. The studies say that breast cancer in women showed various direct relationships with the healthy and unhealthy diet habits. The woman who has a history of breast cancer in her mother or her grandmother carries a risk of this disease in their life span.  As per the ratio the women who followed an unhealthy diet or western diet such as refined grain or red meat on a regular basis was at a higher risk to be diagnosed with this deadly diseases. Whereas the women who followed a proper healthy diet chart that includes vegetables, fruits and whole grains have bit lower chance to get suffer from this disease of breast cancer. 
If this is true that proper eating habit has an apparent effect to maintain an ideal weight as per the height of your body, we can also draw other conclusion from it. According to the Brigham and Harvard Medical School and Women’s Hospital specify that the inter-relation between the obese women and breast cancer identification do exists. This correlation supported the research that showed that the healthy food habit or raw food diet plan can act as a preventive of deadly breast cancer in women.
